  • 1tablespoon sesame oil
  • 3cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2small onion grated
  • 1/2 pear or apple grated (optional for tenderizaing)
  • 2 green onion finely chopped
  • 1tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
  • 1/4teaspoon black pepper
  • 1tablespoon vegetable (for cooking)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Beef
    • If the beef is not pre-sliced, place it in the frezzer for about 20 minutes to firm up, making it easier to slice thinly.
  2. Make the Marinade
