Casaroro Falls is located in the mountainous region of Valencia on the Eastern side of Negros Island. It’s worth coming here because of the beautiful scenery you’ll see while walking to the waterfall.

From the car park to waterfall. You will walk about 335 steps. There are slippery and rocky roads. Be very careful walking in streams. The waterfall itself has an amazing view. the water is cold. There is no marked route to the falls but it easy enough to find.

In total the trip to the water falls takes about 39 minutes. The trail down to Casaroro Falls is right next to the restaurant under the large Casaroro sign. You will descend 335 stairs that pass through dense trees and ferns.

After 10 minutes of going down the stairs you will reach the edge of the river.

As you get closer and closer to the waterfall. The road becomes more and more slippery because the path of the stream will flow so it is wet. You will also have a passable bamboo bridge.

Casaroro Falls is a beautiful waterfall. Its beauty is so rare that anyone will surely fall under its charm. A wonderful nature that must be visited. The calm falling water is literally relaxind and charming. Casaroro Falls has a height of 122 feet the cold water plunges into a deep basin and flows down a stream. There are also large rocks around where you can rest. If you are nature lover you will enjoy Casaroro Falls. It’s welll worth the trip and the fatigue when you get there.

How to go here

Via Plane

• Manila Naia terminal to Sibulan Airport. It takes around 1 and a half hour of flying time to travel.
• From Sibulan Airport to Dumaguete City, Ride a bus, tax or public transport.
• From Dumaguete City, take a jeep bound to Valencia. Travel time is about 30 minutes. Upon reaching the town, Find a habal-habal driver to take you to the jump-off point of the waterfalls.
