How to make Lumpiang Shanghai
Lumpiang Shanghai: Everytime there is a birthday in Philippines, It is not missing from their dishes. It is easy to make. Delicious and fits the budget. So what are you waiting for, try it at home. š
Ingredients
1Kilo Ground Pork
2Pcs Onion (minced)
2Pcs Carrots (minced)
1Clove Garlic (minced)
Small Cabbage (optional) (minced)
1 teaspoon ground black pepper & salt
Parsley (minced)
Magic Sarap (optional)
1 Bottle of Oil
Lumpia Wrapper
Procedure
Combine all ingredients in bowl, Mix well.
Scoop 1 tablespoon of the filling and place on top of a piece of lumpia wrapper. Spread the filling and fold both sides of the wrapper. Fold the bottom, brush the water on the end of the wrapper and roll up until it is wrapped.
Heat oil in the cooking pot. Deep fry the Lumpia on medium heat until golden brown.
Remove the Lumpia from the pot, Drain it in a strainer for excess oil.
