How to cook Chicken Skin
Chicken Skin are crunchy, tasty and delicious as appetizers and snacks. It is specially delicious when dipped in spicy vinegar.
Ingredients
1Kilo of Chicken Skin
5Pcs of Bay Leaves
1Pc Clove Garlic
Pepper corn and ground pepper
Salt
1Pc of Cucumber
5Pcs of red chili
1pc Onion meduim size
Oil
1Bottle of small vinegar
Magic Sarap (optional)
Procedure
- Step1: Place the Chicken Skin in a big pot, Pour water about 2 inches above the chicken skin.
- Step2: Add bay leaf, peppercorn, 5pcs garlic, 2 tables spoon of salt and add magic sarap (optional)
- Step3: Boil it for 30minutes to 45minutes.
- Step4; Remove the chicken skin from the pot until it drains.
- Step5: Set aside until cool down.
- Step6: When it is cold cut it into the size you want,
- Step7: Place it in a large bowl.
- Step8: Add flour, ground pepper, salt and magic sarap (optional).
- Step9: Mix it well.
- Step10: Add oil to the deep fryer and heat to the highest setting.
- Step11: Deep fry for 3-5minutes and the other side.
- Step12: Just continue frying until it turns golden brown and drain it in a strainer for excess oil.
how to make sauce
- Step1: Cut the onion into small pieces.
- Step2: Finely chop the garlic.
- Step3: Cut the cucumber into cubes.
- Step4: Cut the red chili into small pieces.
- Step5: Put all the ingredients in a bowl
- Step6: Add vinegar
- Step7: Add salt and taste it.
