How to make pork siomai

Siomai is a traditional Chinese Dumpling. Traditionally cooked by steaming it can also be fried. It is made of ground pork with ground shrimp, onion, carrots, garlic. You will definitely like this recipe too. You can also do this as a business in your area.


Ingredients

  • 1/2kilo ground pork
  • 5pcs medium size shrimp (minced)
  • 3pcs medium size onions (minced)
  • 2pcs medium size carrots (minced)
  • 1bulb garlic (minced)
  • 1cup spring onion (minced)
  • 1tablespoon ground black pepper
  • 2tablespoon salt
  • 1tablespoon semame oil
  • 1pc raw egg
  • 2packs molo wrapper

Intructions

  1. Place the ground pork and minced shrimp in a large bowl. (Mix well)
  2. Add carrots, onions, garlic, spring onion, ground black pepper, sesame oil, salt and raw eggs.
  3. When all the ingredients have been placed. Stir well until all the ingredients are comnined.
  4. Scoop 1 tablespoon or it depends on you how much you want to put in the molo wrapper. Perfoem this step until the mixture is fully consumed.
  5. Arrange in a steamer and then with for it to cook for 15-20minutes.
  6. Transfer to a serving plate with soy sauce, calamansi and chili garlic sauce.

How to make Chili garlic sauce

Ingredients

  • 15cloves garlic
  • 30pcs chili red
  • 2pcs medium size onion
  • 1/2cup Oil
  • 1tablespoon salt

Procedure

  1. Wash the chilies and remove the stalks.
  2. Minced the garlic, onion and chili.
  3. Heat the oil in a saucepan. When the oil is hot. Add the minced garlic and onion. Mix and cook for about 3 minutes.
  4. Add red chili and stir.
  5. Add Salt.
  6. Once the chili and garlic is cooked. Let it cool completely.
  7. Put in a clean dry jar with lid.

Note: The flame on the stove should be moderate so not burn the sauce.
