How to cook Sizzling Chicken Intestine

Ingredients
2Kilos Chicken Intestine (isaw ng manok)

1/4 Chicken Liver (Atay ng Manok)

2pcs Onion White Medium size

15pcs of Calamansi

1pc small pack of mayonnaise

1/8 size of Butter

Salt-Optional

1tablespoon of ground black pepper

1tablespoon of peppercorn

5pcs bay leaves

5pcs Chili Red and Green

Procedure
- Step1: Place the Chicken Intestine (isaw ng manok) in a big pot. Pour water about 2 inches above the Chicken Intestine
- Step2; Add bay leaf, peppercorn, garlic and 1-2 table spoon of salt.
- Step3: Boil it for 45minutes to 1hour.
- Step4; Remove the chicken intestine from the pot until it drains.
- Step5: Set it aside until cool down.
- Step6: When it cold you can start frying it. If you want small pieces you can cut it into a small size.
- Step7: Just continue frying until it turns golden brown and drain it in a strainer for excess oil.
- Step8: Also fried the chicken liver.
- Step9: When everything finished frying set it aside.
- Step10: Slice the red and green chili into small size.
- Step11: Cut the white onion into small pieces.
- Step12: Get a small bowl and strain the lime.
- Step13: Get sizzling plate, Add butter, add all the ingredients. Also put everything you fried.
- Step14: Add the lime, also the mayonnaise. Add also the salt and ground pepper.
- Step15: Taste it.
- Step16: You can eat. Enjoy your food š
